Mr. Raj Kumar Paliwal brings a wealth of experience in safeguarding children’s rights. Since 2022, he has held the position of Program Officer – Capacity Building at the Child Resource Centre, HCM RIPA, Jaipur, where he plays a crucial role in enhancing the capabilities of government officers and child protection stakeholders. Mr. Paliwal’s collaborative efforts with governmental bodies and non-governmental organizations across Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh have made significant and versatile contributions to advancing social progress and child welfare.
