He worked with ALARIPPU, Jaipur in a project titled “Khilti Kaliyaan Shiksha Abhiyaan.” His current assignments include provide training to Special Juvenile Police Unit, Child Welfare Committee and Juvenile Justice Board on Juvenile Justice Act, Integrated Child Protection Scheme (ICPS). Prior to this he has worked with Childline, Kota and Zila Yuwa Kalyan Samiti, Utter Pradesh and PRAYATN, Dholpur. During his association with Childline he has organized awareness program among community on Child Protection, liaison and advocacy with police, GRP/RPF on railway station, Labor department, ICDS, children’s homes and NGOs. Presently he is associated with Action Aid as a District Coordinator and providing technical and handholding support to Department of Women Empowerment and looking after the effective implementation of schemes ‘Beti Bachao Beti Padhao’ with District Administration and Gender Equality.
