RISE stands for Rejuvenate Integrated Sustainable and Empowerment which strives to support a sustainable and aims to create a model for changing under privileged communities into Knowledge Societies and envisages their holistic development by providing access of basic knowledge & awareness to people belonging to the bottom of the pyramid of the society.

Rise Foundation is registered in India under the following Acts:
• The Rajasthan Public Trust Act, 1959
• The Foreign Contributions Regulation Act (FCRA), 1976
• The Income Tax Act, 1961, section 12AA
• The Income Tax Act, 1961, section 80G
• CSR portal of Ministry of Corporate Affairs for undertaking CSR Activities
• Darpan portal of NITI Aayog of government of India
• The organization also has PAN and TAN numbers.
